ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Scope

This Cancellation Policy governs all order cancellations for purchases made from Zahra Perfumes within India. By placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with the terms outlined below.

Order cancellations are permitted only under the conditions specified in this policy.


2. Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Cancellation requests submitted after the 12-hour window or after dispatch of the order shall not be accepted under any circumstances.


3. Orders Already Packed or Processed

Orders that have already been packed or processed but not yet dispatched may still be cancelled within the 12-hour cancellation window.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier or marked as dispatched, cancellation will no longer be permitted.


4. Cancellation of Dispatched Orders

Orders that have already been dispatched from our warehouse cannot be cancelled.

Customers are advised to review their order details carefully before confirming their purchase.


5. Cancellation Process

Customers may request order cancellation through the following official channels:

Cancellation requests must include the order number and registered contact details for verification.

Requests submitted through any other communication channels may not be processed.


6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if cancelled before dispatch, no payment will be charged.

Refund processing timelines shall follow the company’s Refund & Return Policy, and may take 7 to 10 business working days to be completed.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.


7. Promotional Orders and Special Offers

If an order placed under discounts, bundle offers, Buy 1 Get 1 promotions, or any other promotional scheme is cancelled, the entire order shall be cancelled.

Partial cancellation of items within promotional orders may not be permitted.


8. Failed Delivery Due to Customer Unavailability

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier attempts, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Zahra Perfumes reserves the right to refuse re-dispatch of such orders.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Abuse Prevention

11. Limitation of Liability

Zahra Perfumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from order cancellations.

In all circumstances, the company’s liability shall be limited strictly to the value of the order placed.
