1. Shipping Coverage
Zahra Perfumes currently offers shipping across India only. International shipping is not available.
Delivery serviceability is subject to courier partner coverage and applicable PIN codes. Certain locations may be temporarily or permanently non-serviceable based on logistics constraints. Zahra Perfumes reserves the right to refuse delivery to specific areas without prior notice.
2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within two (2) business working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Order processing timelines may increase during periods of high demand, promotional sales, festivals, or unforeseen operational constraints.

Processing time refers solely to order preparation and dispatch and does not include transit time.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be free, flat-rate, weight-based, or location-based, depending on the order value and delivery location.

Free shipping is applicable on orders with a minimum value of ₹300, subject to change.

Cash on Delivery (COD) does not carry additional charges.

Shipping fees are subject to revision without prior notice.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

The estimated delivery timeline is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

All delivery timelines are indicative only and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including courier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or force majeure events.

Refunds arising solely due to delivery delays shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not automatic.
5. Courier Partners

Zahra Perfumes utilizes multiple third-party courier partners, selected based on location, serviceability, and operational efficiency.

Courier partners may be changed at the Company’s discretion without prior notice.

Customers are not permitted to select or request specific courier partners.
6. Risk Transfer and Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage to the shipment ordinarily transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

Notwithstanding the above, Zahra Perfumes may, at its discretion, assist customers in resolving issues related to transit delays, loss, or damage through courier escalation.

Such assistance shall not be construed as an admission of liability beyond the remedies expressly provided under this policy.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

A product shall be deemed damaged if the bottle is broken or rendered unusable upon delivery.

Any damage, loss, or discrepancy must be reported within one (1) day of receipt of the shipment.

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or missing item claims.

Claims without adequate proof shall not be entertained.

Upon verification, resolution may be provided in the form of:

Replacement
-
Refund
-
Store credit
at the sole discretion of Zahra Perfumes.

In cases where the courier tracking indicates “Delivered” but the customer disputes receipt, the matter shall be investigated with the courier partner, and resolution shall be determined accordingly.
8. Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery, or Refusal

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

Zahra Perfumes shall not be liable for delivery failures arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Re-shipping charges shall apply only in cases of exchange, and shall be borne by the customer.

If a shipment is refused or remains unclaimed, the Company shall evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping charges in such cases are non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by the Company.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD service is available across eligible serviceable locations.

COD orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
-
Refusal of COD delivery may result in escalation and internal review.

Zahra Perfumes reserves the right to disable COD for customers with repeated refusals or misuse.
10. Partial Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple parts depending on product availability or logistics constraints.

Customers shall be informed in advance in such cases.

Shipping charges shall not be applied multiple times for split shipments.
11. Force Majeure
Zahra Perfumes shall not be held liable for delays, suspension, or non-delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or logistical shutdowns. Deliveries may be suspended without liability during such events.
12. Tracking & Communication

Shipment tracking details shall be provided upon dispatch.
