RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Scope
This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases made from Zahra Perfumes within India. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms set forth below.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are strictly subject to compliance with this policy.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear and continuous open-box (unboxing) video is mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange request.
The video must:

Begin before the outer packaging is opened

Clearly show the sealed package

Capture the complete unboxing process

Clearly display the product condition
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Return Eligibility Conditions
A return request may be considered only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request is raised within the specified return window (as applicable).

The product is returned in its original packaging with all labels and components intact.

The product is not physically damaged, tampered with, altered, or partially used.
4. Strict Product Matching Requirement
For any return or exchange to be processed:
The customer must return the exact same scent, product, quality, and quantity that was originally delivered.
The returned item must match:

The original fragrance variant
-
The original product type
-
The original bottle size and quantity
Returning a different scent, different product variant, different quantity, or substituted item will result in immediate rejection of the claim.
Zahra Perfumes reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if any mismatch or tampering is detected during inspection.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange shall be permitted only for the same scent, same product, same quality, and same quantity as originally purchased.
Exchange with a different fragrance or different product variant is not permitted.
All exchange requests are subject to product availability and verification after inspection.
6. Refund Process
Refunds shall be initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed:

To the original mode of payment; or
-
Via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Processing timelines depend on banking and payment gateway procedures.
Zahra Perfumes shall not be liable for delays caused by financial institutions.
7. Refund & Return Processing Time
Once a return request is approved and the returned product successfully passes quality inspection, Zahra Perfumes will initiate the refund or exchange process.
The complete return and refund process, including verification and payment processing, shall be completed within 7 to 10 business working days from the date the returned product is received at our facility.
This timeline applies to all modes of payment, including:

Debit Card

Credit Card
-
Net Banking
-
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds via bank transfer
Please note that while Zahra Perfumes will initiate the refund within the above timeframe, the exact credit date may vary depending on the processing timelines of banks and payment gateway providers.
8. Fraud Prevention & Right of Rejection
Zahra Perfumes reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that:

Lacks proper video proof

Shows signs of tampering or misuse

Contains a substituted or mismatched product
Repeated or suspicious claims may result in:

Refusal of future returns

Cancellation of pending orders

Restriction of payment methods such as Cash on Delivery (COD)
All decisions regarding eligibility shall remain at the sole discretion of Zahra Perfumes.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zahra Perfumes’ liability exceed the value of the purchased product.
Zahra Perfumes shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
